Hellim Or Halloumi as our Greek neighbors refer to it, Is part of everyday life, Hellim is eaten at breakfast, in Cypriot sandwiches, and inside pastries for lunch or simply grated on top of our favorite macaroni dishes.
This versatile cheese is a local favorite on the BBQ, its high-quality fat and protein structure allows you to grill it as you would a lambchop. giving the most wonderful smoked rich creamy full flavor.

Only the best quality milk is used in our Hellim manufacturing process.
Both cow milk and sheep milk are used to make Hellim the new 2021 EU ruling protecting Cypriots' historical Hellim /
Halloumi rights.

Our holding company is established in the Famagusta free zone, we are an import-export company that has a passion for local products.
In 2021 when the EU finally announced Cypriot rights' protection over the local cheese, we decided it was time to promote Hellim the locally produced Cypriot cheese.
